What's coming
Available now in Hub: each charge point shows its self-heal status and a history of automatic recoveries, and you can turn self-heal off for a single charge point. We're now working on recognising more specific problems and trying lighter fixes before a hard reset.
Why it matters
A hard reset is often the default fix, which is blunt and hard to measure. Visibility into recoveries and more targeted fixes are designed to keep more charge points available.
