Workflows in Hub automate routine network tasks. Pick a trigger and the charge points, and Monta runs the steps for you. Find it in the Workflows tab, available to Admin and Manager roles.
- Triggers: on demand, at a set time, on a recurring schedule (weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual), or when a charge point changes status or reports an error, for example a specific fault code
- Steps: reboot charge points, change OCPP configuration, assign or update price groups, filter charge points by property, export data, and wait
- Stop a run that is in progress
Why it matters
Repetitive tasks that grow with your network, like scheduled price changes, fault reboots, and recurring reports, run on time without anyone doing them by hand.
