If a charge has not started after a short while, the app guides you through what to check. This works in Monta Charge and white-label apps, on the charge start screen.
- First, a prompt to check your cable
- Then, a prompt to verify the charger ID of the charger you plugged into
- If it is still stuck, a countdown with a restart option, then an escalation prompt
Why it matters
Drivers used to wait with no information when a charge did not start. Now each step tells them what to try next.
