A rebuilt webhook system in the Monta API. The first release focuses on delivery: partners can see the status of each webhook delivery and replay events they missed.

Why it matters
Today a failed webhook can go unnoticed, and a partner cannot easily recover the events it missed. Visibility and replay let integrations catch up without manual work.
