Account structure helps operators manage many customer accounts in Monta Hub. Feature sets are available: bundle capabilities once and assign them to customer accounts. We're now building access that follows the account hierarchy, for complex B2B setups.
- Feature sets decide what each customer account's admins see, with each capability on, operator-only, or off
- Access scoped to the right level of the account hierarchy
- Less manual setup when you onboard a new customer
Why it matters
Fixed operator-wide roles do not fit complex B2B setups, and onboarding a new customer takes manual setup.
