Hub Lists are now in the Monta Data Warehouse

We’ve added your Hub Lists to the Monta Data Warehouse. This allows your teams to use the groups you build in Hub, such as locations grouped by product, in internal analytical tools.

What’s new

• operator_lists has one row per list, with its name, description, type, and created, updated and deleted dates.

• operator_list_items has one row per member, showing which site, charge point, team, user, charge key or vehicle is on which list.

• For a list of locations, operator_list_items.entity_id joins to charge_point_sites.id.

Why it matters
Your reports can follow the same groups your teams already maintain in Hub.

Good to know

• A deleted list stays in the table with deleted_at set. Filter on deleted_at is null to see only the lists in use.

• The warehouse refreshes three times a day, at about 04:00, 12:00 and 20:00 Copenhagen time. A change in Hub shows up after the next refresh.

The tables are available now in your partner schema in the Monta Data Warehouse.
