Charging curve in the Monta app: charging speed, energy and battery level over time
Drivers can follow how their charge went, from start to finish, and see for themselves why it was slow or stopped early.

What's new
We're working on a charging curve in the Monta app. Drivers will see it on the live charging screen, as a row they can expand, and on the charge summary.
Tiles above the curve will show the peak charging speed, the energy charged and the battery level (where available) from start to end. Tapping a tile will show those measurements over the whole charge. During a live charge it updates as new readings come in.
Why it matters
Drivers can see whether the charge reached the speed they expected, so fewer of them contact support about slow charges. If the location or a charging rule set a battery limit, the curve shows that too, so drivers know why a charge stopped early.
Who it's relevant for
Operators whose drivers use the Monta app. The curve only shows the readings the charging station sends. For example, the battery level needs a station that reports it. It's only available for charges on Monta's own network, not roaming charges.
