What's new
In the Monta Charge app you can now build your own charging tariff instead of only picking a fixed price. Choose a dynamic tariff that follows spot electricity prices, or a weekly time-of-use tariff with different rates at different times of day and days of the week, and see both your own tariffs and the ones from Monta's public tariff library.
Why it matters
A single flat price does not reflect what electricity actually costs through the day, and pricing until now was shaped around the Danish grid model, which did not fit every market. Building a tariff in the app lets owners price closer to their real energy costs, wherever they are.
