Select multiple charge points using checkboxes on the Charge Points table in Hub, then apply the same action to all of them in one step. Two actions are available: Reboot, which restarts every selected charge point simultaneously and is useful for clearing error states, and Firmware update, which queues an upgrade to a chosen version that each charge point applies when idle, for models supporting over-the-air updates.
Why it matters
Recovering from an incident or rolling out firmware used to mean handling charge points one at a time. Bulk actions cut that time down and scale operations.
