What's new
You can now manage charge points across multiple teams directly from the operator-level charge point table in Monta Hub. Until now, bulk actions were only available inside a single team. Select several charge points with the checkboxes, then apply the same action to all of them in one step.
Two bulk actions are available:
Reboot restarts every selected charge point at the same time. It is useful for clearing error states. Hub asks you to confirm before it sends the reboot.
Firmware update queues an upgrade to a firmware version you choose. Each charge point applies it when it is idle. This works for charge point models that support over-the-air updates. The confirmation dialog lists the charge points you selected, and you get an email when the updates are complete. The update keeps going even if you close the browser window.
The experience mirrors the bulk actions you already know from the team-level table, so there is nothing new to learn.
Why it matters
Recovering from an incident or rolling out firmware used to mean going team by team, or charge point by charge point. Doing it from one table cuts that time down and makes routine maintenance practical for large networks.
Who it's for
Operators who manage charge points at the operator level in Hub, especially those with many teams.
Good to know
You can reboot up to 10 charge points at once and update firmware on up to 16 at once. Hub tells you when you select more than the limit.
Select all selects the charge points on the current page only.
Pricing and accessibility actions are not part of this release.
Where to find it
Monta Hub, on the operator-level Charge Points table.
