Installers can open the public installer link from any device and see totals for connected charge points on the page, with a warning if they try to mark a job complete while charge points remain unconnected. Operators can enable a setting that automatically activates chargers for billing once a job is complete, and can see a dedicated start source for sessions triggered from the installer link. All existing functionality remains: job details, editing serial numbers and connectors, notes, test charges, and marking jobs complete.
Why it matters
Installers complete work on the go without operator-level Hub access, while operators keep control over network access, reducing delays and improving installation quality.
