The receipt finder has been rebuilt to focus on guest charging sessions started via QR code, App Clip, web flow, or payment terminal. Drivers search using a small set of inputs, typically the charging date plus payment or location details, to locate and confirm the correct receipt.
Why it matters
Finding a receipt without the app used to be inconsistent, since some payment methods do not reliably expose card details. This reduces failed searches and gives guest drivers more confidence they found the right receipt, while respecting privacy.
Who it's for
Drivers who charge without the Monta app and need to retrieve a receipt afterward.
