In Hub, open the three-dot menu on the Teams page to import from a CSV file. Upload by drag and drop.
- Import teams, charge points, and sites in one file
- An installer job is created automatically when the import creates a site
- The installer is emailed the sheet when one is attached
- Import history and a details view for each import
Why it matters
Mass import used to sit in an older tool outside Hub. Now operators can create or update many teams and charge points at once without leaving Hub.
