A simpler sidebar when you're viewing an account
Account view now shows a flat list of the places it actually reaches, instead of the operator tree.

What's new
When you use Hub in account view, the left sidebar is now a clean, flat list of the four places it reaches: Accounts, Network, Charging sessions, and Data exports. Each is one click.
Why
Account view previously reused the operator navigation tree, which collapsed into four bands holding a single link each, including "Network" listed twice. That tree is built for operator (CPO/EMP) roles an account does not have, so account view now has its own navigation matched to what it can actually do.
Where
There is nothing to set up. Open Hub in account view and the new sidebar is there. Your operator-view navigation is unchanged.
