Take connectors out of service when you put an EVSE in maintenance

What's new
When you turn maintenance on or off for an EVSE in Hub, you can now also change the connector's availability on the charging station itself. The confirmation dialog has a new option that sends an OCPP Change Availability command for the EVSE's connector:
Maintenance on: tick Also set connector to inoperative, and the connector no longer allows any charging.
Maintenance off: tick Also set connector back to operative, and the connector is ready for charging again. The option is ticked for you when the connector currently reports Unavailable.
The same option is there when you turn maintenance on or off for several EVSEs at once from the EVSE lists on the Network, Account and Location pages.
Why it matters
Maintenance mode tells drivers in apps such as Monta Charge that an EVSE is under maintenance, but the charging station itself kept offering the connector: its screen and LEDs still looked operational, and it still allowed charging. Taking the connector out of service meant sending a separate Change Availability command. Now it's one action.
How to use it
Open an EVSE and choose Set maintenance on (or off), or select EVSEs in a list and choose maintenance from the bulk actions bar.
In the confirmation dialog, tick the connector availability option.
Confirm.
Good to know
Works for OCPP 1.6 and 2.0.1 charging stations. How the screen, LEDs and authorization react to an inoperative connector depends on the charging station model.
Only the EVSE's own connector changes. Other EVSEs on the same charging station are not affected.
If the charging station is offline, the dialog warns you and the command isn't sent. Maintenance is still applied, so resend the availability change once the charging station is back online.
If a charging session is in progress, the charging station may apply the change once the session ends. If it rejects the change, maintenance is still applied and Hub tells you.
Connector availability isn't changed when you schedule maintenance, request approval, use maintenance windows, or turn on maintenance from the Charging stations tab.
