What's new
The Charge Point Status Monitor gives operators and team owners a clear, real-time view of a team's charge points and their current status. It replaces Charge Point Tiles, so you no longer open charge points one by one to find out which ones have a problem.
From any team page in Monta Hub, open the Status Monitor from the dropdown menu. From there you can:
See a grid of color-coded tiles, one per charge point, so you can read the status of the whole team at a glance.
Filter by status, and group charge points by status or by model to spot where issues are concentrated.
Switch between tile view and list view.
Create a read-only public link to the overview, and turn it off at any time.
The view updates automatically every 60 seconds, so you don't need to reload the page.
Why it matters
Checking charge point health used to mean opening each charge point in turn. The Status Monitor gives you a live overview of the network in one place, so you can detect issues sooner and act on them. The public link makes the same overview easy to share, for example on a screen in a depot, so everyone who needs to see the current situation can see it.
Who it's for
Operators and team owners who need real-time visibility into the status of their charge points.
Good to know
The public link is read-only. You decide when it exists and can turn it off whenever you want.
Charge points are listed by charge point ID in ascending order by default.
Availability
Rolling out in November 2025.
Where to find it
Monta Hub, on any team page, in the dropdown menu. Look for Status Monitor.
