What's new
Monta AI is now available in Monta Hub. Click the AI sidebar to diagnose issues, analyse performance, get answers from your data, and learn as you go. It is a persistent, contextual assistant that sits next to the page you are working on.
Diagnose failed charges and charge points: investigate a failed charge, understand OCPP events in plain language, and check the health of a charge point.
Ask about your data: if your operator has Data Warehouse access, you can ask questions in plain language about things like utilization, uptime or performance, without exports or SQL.
Know where you are: when you open the sidebar from a charge point, a charge or a charge site, Monta AI picks up the context from that page, so you do not need to type IDs yourself.
One-click suggestions: shortcuts such as Deep Charge Analysis and Station Health Report start a prepared analysis for the charge or charge point you are looking at.
Answers from documentation: the sidebar can also answer how-to questions using Monta's documentation.
Why it matters
Instead of jumping between screens, or waiting for support to explain what happened, you can find the cause of a problem and the next step inside Hub.

Open a charge point, a charge or a charge site in Monta Hub.
Open the Monta AI sidebar, or press Cmd+O on macOS or Ctrl+O on Windows and Linux.
Choose a suggestion or ask your question in your own words.
Who it's for
Operators who manage their charging network in Hub, especially those who diagnose failures or look for performance insights. Monta AI is available to users with operator-level access.
Availability
Monta AI in Hub is available now. It also works when you use Hub on your own custom domain.
Good to know
Data questions are only available to operators that have Data Warehouse access.
Monta AI is an assistant, so check important results, such as the cause of a failed charge, before acting on them.
