Roaming CDR Access through Partner API

What's New

CPO's and EMSPs will soon be able to access Charge Detail Records (CDRs) directly through the Monta Partner API. We're introducing two ways to retrieve CDR data, so you can choose the approach that best fits your internal setup and workflows: email export and/or direct API access.

Why It Matters

CDRs are the backbone of billing reconciliation and usage reporting across your charging network. Until now, partners had no programmatic access to this data. This gives your teams the tools to automate reporting, perform reconciliation themselves (e.g., in the case of self-managed roaming), feed CDR data into their own systems, and reduce manual work.

How to Access CDR Data

1. Request a CDR Export (email delivery)Your teams can trigger an async CDR export via API. The data is delivered by email - useful for scheduled reporting/invoicing runs. View API docs

2. Direct API Access

Your teams will also be able to consume CDRs directly through API - no file exports or email steps required. Useful for live integrations, automated billing reconciliation, or feeding your own data warehouse. (API docs coming soon.)

What's Next

We're also planning to bring CDR visibility directly into Monta Hub, so your non-technical teams can access and manage CDR data more independently without needing API access.
