What's new
Three apps are now available on the Monta marketplace. The Slack app posts charger offline, fault and failed-charge alerts to your Slack channel, with links back to Hub. The Jira app creates a Jira issue for each faulted charge point, without creating duplicates. The Zendesk app shows the requester's Monta account, recent charges and charger status next to every ticket.
