US state shown on sites and chargers
Sites and chargers now carry a state code, such as US-GA, in the API and in address exports.

What's new
Sites and chargers now have a country subdivision code (ISO 3166-2), for example US-GA for Georgia. The code is filled in automatically when an address is created or edited, and it is returned in the site and charger data from the API and in address exports.
Why it matters
Until now, addresses had no state field, only address lines, zip code, city and country. US operators who export their addresses had no way to see which state a site or charger is in.
