Localized external support phone numbers in white label apps

White label operators can now configure customer support phone numbers per country and per language in their app. Users see the right number for where they are and the language they speak, no more single fallback line that's not relevant to half your base.

What's new

  • Configure one or more support phone numbers per operator per country.
  • Each number appears as its own button in the app, with a label (e.g., "Français" / "Nederlandstalig") and an optional note for opening hours, language tags, or anything else worth surfacing.
  • Belgium, for example, can offer a French line and a Dutch line side by side, each with its own label and hours.
  • Optional companion control to hide the "X minutes waiting time" line under the call button when that data isn't meaningful for your operation.

Why it matters

  • Multi-language markets like Belgium can offer French and Dutch users their own dedicated line, side by side, instead of forcing everyone to call the same number.
  • Labels and app notes let you surface opening hours, language tags, or any context that helps users pick the right number before they dial.
  • Numbers, labels, and notes are data-driven. Send your Monta contact the updates and they go live without an app release.

How to use

  • Share your support numbers with your Monta contact: country, label for the button (e.g., a language name or service tier), an optional note (e.g., opening hours), and the phone number.
  • We'll set them up on your operator and enable the feature for your users.
  • If the "X minutes waiting time" line under the call button isn't relevant for your support, ask us to hide it.

Availability

  • Live in white label apps on version 2.86.0 and later.
  • Fully backwards compatible. Operators without configured numbers see the existing single "Call Support" experience unchanged.
