Two clear residential packages. We're introducing Home and Home+ as distinct feature packages, each available in a Paid or Free variant - four configurations in total: Home Free, Home Paid, Home+ Free, Home+ Paid.
- Home - the residential baseline: scheduled charging, basic SmartCharge, and meter integrations (Powerfox, Saveeye, etc.).
- Home+ - everything in Home, plus the full residential suite: SolarCharge, Fuse Protection (dynamic and static), Peak Protection, Vehicle Integration, Load Balancing, and access to our Home API.
Home+ subscription, visible at a glance. A new Home+ subscription card will appear under Operator settings → Billing, showing payment terms, your next invoice, chargers covered, and total billed.
Subscription management - the Home+ Paid / Free toggle and the four PowerBank settings - moves into the Account settings wizard, so everything residential sits in one place.
New PowerBank controls for operators. With this, you'll be able to:
- Bulk subscribe or unsubscribe to PowerBank at the account level rather than per charger.
- Handle terms and smart-meter consent (UK).
- Show a locked-feature banner in the end-user app - "Join PowerBank to unlock Home+ features" - when you've tied Home+ features to a PowerBank subscription.
- Auto-subscribe new chargers to PowerBank when the Account setting allows it, configurable per Account template.
- Hide the PowerBank section entirely from your end-user app for white-label deployments.
- Decide whether your drivers can subscribe or unsubscribe themselves.
Why It Matters
You'll have one screen to control everything residential - the commercial relationship (Home vs Home+, Paid vs Free) and end-user PowerBank behavior will live next to each other in the same wizard. Template changes will cascade to every inheriting Account on save, the Billing tab will show exactly what your subscription covers, and your drivers will see a PowerBank experience that matches your configuration.
