See Exactly What's Behind Your Subscription Invoice Lines

What's new

Every subscription line on your June invoice now comes with a downloadable report. The report lists every charge point and team member that was billed in that period, so you can see exactly what makes up each subscription charge. This works for both Monta subscriptions charged to your operator account and custom subscriptions you've added to your teams.

Why it matters

Until now, it was difficult to verify where a subscription charge came from without contacting support. Your finance teams can now reconcile each invoice line against the actual units billed, on their own.

Where to find it

The report downloads directly from the invoice document, starting with June invoices and will be available on all invoices moving forward.
