What's new
Release channel gives your operators control over how aggressively new Monta features arrive in their account. They pick a release track that sets the default for every feature still being rolled out:
- Early access — new features the moment they're ready (expect rough edges and frequent changes)
- Standard — features after they've been validated with early-access operators (recommended for most teams)
- Self-managed — nothing turns on automatically; opt in feature by feature
Per-feature control
The track sets each feature's default, and your operators can fine-tune from there. They can toggle any individual feature on or off to override the track for the whole account, then reset it to follow the track again at any time. Each feature also shows its area, stage, the date it was added, and its scheduled auto-release date.
Try it yourself first
Admins don't have to commit the whole account to test something. The "Try myself" toggle turns a feature on for just the signed-in user, so your team can trial a capability on their own login before rolling it out to everyone.
Why it matters
Every Monta release ripples downstream to drivers, fleets, and the operators running them. Release channel lets your teams balance speed and stability on their own terms, instead of being surprised by changes.
Where to find it
Hub → Developer tools → Release channel.
Changing tracks or toggling features requires the Operator Admin or Operator Manager role.
