Home reimbursement set-up flow simplified

Today, home charging reimbursement can't start until each employee submits their own electricity cost.

Soon, you decide how it works. When you invite an employee, you choose how their cost is set:

• Set the rate yourself: assign a Reimbursement price group or a country-specific Regulated rate, such as Belgium's CREG. The employee is active the moment they accept the invite, with nothing to submit.
• Or have the employee submit it: keep the original flow, now with optional auto-approval so costs clear without manual review.

You set the cost method, auto-approval, and payout schedule as you add employees.
