Charge Verification: trust your reimbursed home charges

What's new

For reimbursed home charges (paid from a team wallet), Monta now captures vehicle evidence during the session and runs automatic checks when the charge completes — so your operators can confirm the energy they're reimbursing actually went to the expected vehicle.

What gets checked

• Vehicle assignment — was it the expected company vehicle for that charge point?
• Vehicle identifier (VID) — did the transmitted ID match the vehicle's known IDs?
• Location — was the vehicle at the charge point?
• Consumption — does the energy charged match the distance driven (odometer)?
• State of charge — does the SoC gained match the energy delivered?

What your operators see

Each charge gets a clear result — Verified, Flagged, or Inconclusive — with the captured evidence and every individual check on the charge. Flags can be reviewed and resolved with a note, and verification can be re-run if new information comes in.

Home-charging reimbursement abuse is caught automatically, with the evidence behind every decision — no manual spot-checking.
