Capped Promotion Discounts, Vouchers & Auto-redeem

What's New

This release introduces three new promotional mechanics that give your team monetary control over discount campaign and a fully automated way of distributing your campaigns:

• Capped discounts - % discount codes with a total spending ceiling (e.g. "30% off, up to €20 total"). 
• Vouchers - Fixed-value charging credits (e.g. "€15 free charging").
• Auto-redeem - Push promo codes directly to users or teams. Drivers receive an in-app notification confirming the offer is active.
• And yes, of course, this is also available via Partner API.

Why It Matters

Until now, % discount codes had no monetary ceiling, making broad campaigns financially risky. Issuing vouchers previously worked through our pre-paid credits feature, which did not allow you to limit the use to your network and forced EV drivers to pay with the wallet.

Capped discounts and vouchers close both gaps with a single update. Your team gets full control over campaign spend, and your users get a clean voucher experience - no wallet friction, no upfront costs, and campaigns that stay on your own network, and which can be channelled to your customers fully automatically.
