You’ll soon be able to set specific time windows when idle fees don’t apply — giving you more flexibility, ensuring compliance, and providing a fairer charging experience.
What’s New
We’re introducing Idle Fee Grace Periods, giving operators the flexibility to define time windows when idle fees don’t apply — for example, overnight hours.
You can configure these daily recurring grace periods directly in your Price Groups, where they’ll be clearly shown in the pricing overview (e.g., 23:00–07:00).
Grace periods apply only to idle fees.
