Your assistant could already explain a single charge or charger. Now it can answer the big questions about your whole network, in plain English, in about a second.
Overview
The AI assistant has always been great at the close-up: why did this charge fail, what's wrong with this charger, what do these OCPP logs say. But a microscope only helps when you already know where to look. This release adds the opposite lens. Operators running networks of thousands of chargers can now ask network-level questions, is my fleet healthy, which sites are dragging me down, which stations are silently dead, are charges failing more than last month, and get a real, numbers-backed answer instantly. It's for any operator who wants to understand their network at a glance instead of digging through dashboards.
Key Features
- Network scorecard uptime, utilization, charge success, and energy delivered, each compared against the previous period.
- Per-site breakdown your sites ranked by whichever metric matters right now.
- Trends a daily time series for any KPI, so you can see what's moving.
- At-risk stations which chargers are broken, dead, or flapping, surfaced before a customer reports it.
- Charge reliability your success rate and, more usefully, why charges are failing.
Every answer is scoped to your own stations and computed by a real query against real data, so the numbers are always accurate, never invented.
Get Started
Open the assistant and just ask: "How is my network doing this month?" or "Which of my sites has the lowest charge success rate?" The answer comes back in plain English, with the numbers to back it up.
