What's new
Professional team creation flow in France requires additional fiscal identifiers and a self-declaration of when the team must issue e-invoicing. Existing professional French teams are prompted in Hub to complete the same information before 15 August 2026.
Why it matters
From 1 September 2026, all French established businesses must receive structured B2B invoices through a certified platform; large businesses must issue them, with smaller businesses following from September 2027. Read more. Collecting these identifiers and a self-declaration from all French professional teams allows Monta to route invoices correctly through our e-invoicing partner Storecove and keeps your business compliant with the réforme de la facturation électronique.
What we need from you
Enter the SIRET number and validate the autofilled fiscal identifiers. Fill in the VAT details and complete the self-declaration before 15 August so Monta knows when the issuing obligation applies for your business.
Where to find it
In the new Hub:
- Accounts / Teams → Create professional team (France)
- Teams → Settings for existing teams. Teams with missing data are flagged with a banner
- You can also use the API (operator and team)
Why It Matters
Incomplete or inaccurate information could stop you transacting on the Monta platform once the regulation takes effect on 1st of September 2026.
