Choose how charge-package plans bill: flat fee or per team member

What's New

We're introducing a second way to price charge-package plans. When you create a charge-package plan in Hub, you'll be able to choose how its subscription bills the account: a flat monthly fee, as today, or a fee priced per active team member.

Why It Matters

Accounts change size over time. Per-member pricing lets a charge-package subscription follow the account's actual number of active members, so the price scales with the account instead of staying flat.

It gives you two ways to package the same charging benefit — a fixed monthly fee for predictable billing, or per-member pricing for accounts you expect to grow.

How to Use

When you create a charge-package plan, a new Pricing model step lets you pick flat monthly fee or priced per team member before setting the fee and charging benefit.
