Account overview: see your accounts' payment health

What's new

The new Account overview under Finance in Hub gives you a single place to see how your accounts pay and which ones are at risk, so your finance teams can act before revenue is affected.

The overview surfaces the financial health of the accounts under your operator at a glance:

• Payment methods — how your accounts pay, split across Pay as you go, Operator Transaction, and paying by Invoice.
• Accounts about to freeze — accounts whose grace period is expiring, so you can reach them in time.
• Frozen accounts — accounts currently frozen.
• Accounts under your operator — your total account count.

For operators in France

If you operate in France, the overview also shows accounts with missing fiscal identifiers so you can be ready for e-invoicing in September.

Why it matters

This view used to be scattered. Now you see teams freeze risk in one place, giving you the lead time to act before accounts are frozen. More information related to the financial health of your account will follow soon.
