A rebuilt alerting service in Monta Hub that tells operators when a charge point needs attention. Notifications are the next step.
- Available now: an Alerts list in Hub that you can filter, with related events grouped into one alert

- Building: notification rules, so you choose who is notified, and whether by Hub inbox, email, SMS, or push, when an alert opens or is escalated

Why it matters
Operators hear about charge point faults late, or buried in noise. Grouped alerts and notification rules are designed to get the right alert to the right people.
