What's new
Alert monitoring is now available in early access. It groups events from your EVSEs into issues and raises the ones worth acting on as alerts, with the affected EVSEs, locations and accounts shown for each. With it on, "Alerts" under "Operations" opens Alert monitoring, and the previous page is one click away behind "Legacy alerts".
You can also set up notification rules. A rule picks which alerts it covers, who is told and through which channels, such as the Hub inbox and email.
Why it matters
You see what is wrong across your network in one place. Each alert shows which notifications went out, so your team can tell whether the right people already know.
Who it's relevant for
Operators who run EVSEs in Hub and want their teams told when something needs attention.
How to use it
- Select "Admin", then "Release channel", and switch on "Alert monitoring".
- Select "Operations", then "Alerts".
- Select "Notifications", then "New", to create your first rule.
Where to find it
Under "Operations", select "Alerts". The previous alerts page is behind the "Legacy alerts" button.
Availability
Early access. Someone who can manage your operator switches it on per operator in the Release channel. Alerts from the previous page are not copied into Alert monitoring, which shows the events it has received itself. If Alert monitoring is off for your operator, the previous Alerts page stays under "CPO / Network".
