Smarter payment authorizations now available on White Label

What's New

Incremental payment authorizations for credit card charging sessions are now live on White Label apps. Instead of placing a large upfront hold on a driver's card, the system now reserves a smaller initial amount and adjusts the authorization as the session progresses:

• Reserved amounts more closely match the final charging cost — no more over-holding funds that aren't yet needed
• Failed attempts trigger immediate release — if a session fails to start, any unused reservation is cancelled automatically

What This Means for You

No action required. The feature activates automatically where card issuers support it. Your drivers will experience fewer over-charged holds.
