Last Call: Add a Payment Card to keep Subscriptions active

Attention Team Owners and Admins - this is your last call to act: To keep your services running, “Pay-As-You-Go” teams with monthly subscriptions must have a credit card on their Teams. Start doing this now to avoid service disruptions.

👉🏼 Add a payment card via the Hub or via the mobile app

From 18.05.2026, a payment card will become mandatory for “Pay as you go” teams with active subscriptions. After this, teams without a payment card are at risk of being frozen. Read more about these changes in this post.

Is my team affected?

1. Check if you have active Subscriptions under Teams List > Column: 'Subscriptions'.
2. Check your Team Payment Method under Team > Payment.

What happens on 18.5.26 if no action is taken:

• Subscription is paused and marked as 'Unpaid'

• 14-Day Deadline: You have two weeks to add a card before the team is frozen.

• If Team is frozen (After 14 Days): Your charge points stop working and Team access is disabled.

The Fix: Add a card to restore service immediately. You will receive email reminders throughout this period.
