What's new
Workflows can now act on how busy an EVSE is. The "Split charging stations by property" step has a new 30-day utilisation condition: is at least, is above, is below or is at most a percentage you choose. Utilisation is the share of its available time an EVSE spent charging over the last 30 complete days, refreshed daily.
Put "Set station price group" on the Matched branch to switch busy EVSEs to another price group, for example one with idle fees. With Keep switched stations, on by default, an EVSE the workflow has switched stays on its new price group: later runs skip it instead of switching it back when its utilisation dips. The step shows how many EVSEs it keeps, and turning the option off and saving lets the next run evaluate them again.
EVSEs without utilisation data, for example new ones, now go to neither branch instead of being treated as 0% busy. The same applies to the state condition.
Why it matters
Pricing rules that depend on demand, such as idle fees at busy locations, no longer need a manual monthly review. Set the threshold once and the workflow keeps your price groups in line with how your EVSEs are actually used.
Who it's relevant for
Operators who adjust pricing based on how busy their EVSEs are.
