What's new
You can now message everyone on a plan or subscription without leaving Monta Hub. From the customers of a plan or subscription, you go straight into Outreach with the right audience already in place, so there is no list to build and nobody to miss.
The audience is the people you see on that plan or subscription: account admins on non-cancelled subscriptions that belong to you. It stays fixed while you write, and Outreach category and consent rules work as before.
Why it matters
Reaching a whole plan or subscription is now a single step, and the audience always matches who is actually on it.
How to use it
Open a plan or subscription under Plans & subscriptions, go to its customers and start a message to everyone listed. Outreach needs to be enabled for this to work.
