Clearer reimbursement setup and payouts in the Hub

What's new

• The reimbursement payout is now "Immediate (no approval)" or "Monthly (requires approval)". The Payouts tab is now called Monthly payouts and explains that only month-end reimbursements wait there for your approval.
• "Electricity cost" is now "Reimbursement price". Choose between the employee's electricity cost and a reimbursement price group. Regulated rates are listed in the price group picker with a Regulated rate badge.
• Regulated rates show their current price next to the tariff, for example "0 EUR/kWh + tariffs · 0.3225 EUR/kWh now", on the Price groups tab, in the reimbursement settings and when you invite an employee.
• The "Paid out" column is now "Auto withdrawal" (On or Off). It shows whether the employee's wallet balance moves to their bank account automatically, and the next transfer date on hover.
• The Reimbursements list and the account's Employees tab have new columns: Subscription covered, Reimbursement payout and Created.
• "Add employee" is now "Invite employee", because setting up reimbursement sends the employee an invite.

Why it matters

You can see how each employee is reimbursed without opening every profile, and the wording no longer mixes up the reimbursement payout with the transfer to the employee's bank account. That means fewer setup mistakes and fewer questions from employees.
