What's new
Hub has a new Fraud agent page. It lists suspected misuse on your network that the fraud agent has found, for example cloned charge keys or unusual RFID use. Each finding shows the AI assessment, a severity, a confidence score, the amount and a recommended action.
Each finding also shows the signals behind it, such as consumption, customer age, geography and when it was detected. You can search, filter, sort and export the list.
Why it matters
Misuse of charge keys and cards costs you money and is hard to spot in charge lists. Findings are ranked by severity and confidence, so your team can start with the cases that matter most and open the related account or charge in one click.
