Catch sessions that delivered energy but billed 0 kWh
A new charge verification check flags sessions where the car clearly charged but the charger reported no energy, so a faulty meter doesn't cost you revenue unnoticed.

What's new
Charge verification has a new check: Energy delivered but not metered. Some chargers deliver energy but report 0 kWh, because of a faulty meter or a meter value that never changes. The session is then billed at €0 and you lose the revenue without noticing.
The check flags a session when the charger reported (almost) no energy, but the session clearly charged a car: the battery's state of charge rose, or the charge point measured power. Flagged sessions land in your review queue as a Warning, so you can spot faulty chargers early.

Good to know
- A session is flagged when it billed 0.1 kWh or less, ran for at least 2 minutes, and the state of charge rose at least 5 percentage points or the charge point measured at least 1 kW. You can change these thresholds, or turn the check off, under System rules.
- Only the state of charge reported by the charger counts, never data from the driver's car.
- The finding is shown to the charge point operator only. It's not the driver's fault, so it can't be used to reject a reimbursement.
- The check finds the problem but doesn't fix it: the charger's meter or configuration needs fixing, and unmetered energy can't be billed afterwards.
