Users in Hub: Expanded Visibility for All Operators

What's New

The User list in Monta Hub is being expanded to give all operators - not just white-label ones - visibility into their user base, with richer detail on each user. (Available in the new Monta Hub only.)

✅ Available now:

• All operators can see team members across any of their accounts in the User list
• Charge keys linked to each user are visible on the user detail page

• Users with active subscriptions will appear in the module, even when those subscriptions are tied to a personal team or charge point - team owners and admins will be shown.
• Sponsored charge points under users, giving you view access to charge point records that previously lived in a user's personal team
• Vehicle information linked to each user are visible on the user detail page

Why It Matters

Non-WL operators previously saw an empty Users list, even with active paying drivers. This closes that gap and gives WL and non-WL operators a proper foundation and richer information for user support, troubleshooting, and subscription management.

P.S.: This will also allow you to reach more users via the new Messaging feature in the Hub.
